Episode 51 is a conversation about Jacqueline's progress and experiences since she has stopped weighing herself. It has taken a lot of work on Jacqueline's part to get her where she is today with her relationship with food and herself. We talk about the changes that have happened and allowed her to feel this progress. All of the work that Jacqueline has been putting in to try and overcome her Binge Eating Disorder has allowed her to feel the progress and success she is feeling. It has been a long road and there are many times that she didn't feel that she was on the right path but she has continued to push on and now she is reaping the benefits of her hard work. There are still some struggles and some days are easier than others but she really feels like she has turned a big corner in her weight loss journey without using the scale to measure her progress. We hope that this conversation about what has changed and what is working and not working for Jacqueline can help you if you are on a similar journey.
