She also talks about how she got started with workouts/exercise as she was beginning her journey to lose over 300 pounds. As the episode continues she discusses what she found most difficult as well as what came easy to her as she was beginning this journey. Jacqueline also talks about what the weighing and the scale was like and how this plays into her current relationship with the scale. Jacqueline has an incredible journey to share. She found herself weighing over 500 pounds followed by losing more than 300 pounds. She has also gone through several skin removal surgeries.
