Episode 18 digs into emotional eating and the thought process Jacqueline uses when she finds herself turning to food as a coping mechanism. Her mother's recent breast cancer diagnosis and surgery have led Jacqueline to some difficult decisions as of late with how to cope with these uncertain times. Family friends have been dropping off dinners and Jacqueline decided to enjoy a family meal of pizza and salad when she found herself battling with some unwanted stress and anxiety because of her choice to eat pizza. This episode digs deep into Jacqueline's thought process around this decision as well as to how she is trying to overcome emotional, distressed eating.
