Episode 13 is all about the "Cheat Meal." Jacqueline has experienced her fair share of "cheat" meals and these experiences along with her remarkable weight loss journey have helped her form some of the opinions and stories she shares in this episode. We talk about why we both feel that treat meal is a better name for this type of eating and how we think everyone should feed those cravings while still being mindful of what and how they are consuming whatever their treat may be. Changing the way you view and think about food takes lots of time and practice but just like with many other things in life when you realize that there may be a problem you can work on resolving those issues.

Jacqueline has an incredible journey to share. She found herself weighing over 500 pounds followed by losing more than 300 pounds. She has also gone through several skin removal surgeries. Jacqueline started sharing her Journey in 2016 and has yet to look back. She is has had her story shared with many national and international media outlets.
