Jacqueline talks about how her long weekend went as well as some of the things that she learned as the weekend played out. Being someone who struggles with Binge Eating Disorder long holiday weekends were a major struggling point for Jacqueline. As she has continued on her binge eating disorder recovery Jacqueline continues to make progress with her relationship with food as well as herself. Strengthening that mind-body connection is so key in moving forward and overcoming Binge Eating Disorder.
