
Jacquline Adan has always struggled with her weight, body image, and her relationship with food. After hitting rock bottom when she got stuck in a turnstile, in her favorite place in the world, Disneyland. She found herself weighing over 500 pounds and turned her life around by losing more than 300 pounds. She achieved this remarkable feat by changing her diet and starting to exercise. Kevin has been with Jacqueline through it all, from the struggles of her weighing over 500 pounds to the ups and downs of her 300-pound weight loss journey. Episode 10 is all about exercise and the mindset surrounding exercise. We talk about how Jacqueline started exercising even when she weighed over 500 pounds. We discuss the importance of starting your exercise routine at the level you feel comfortable with and how this will help to grow your confidence not only with working out but with everything you do. Being able to say "yes I did my workout today" no matter how short or long will help you feel like you can do it. When you can do it every single day you will start to believe that you can push yourself a little more each time to improve where you are and what you can accomplish every time you exercise. These small victories add up and lead to you want to push yourself to explore different types of workouts. When you find an excuse to skip that workout it just becomes easier to keep making those excuses. Get out there and get started with exercise even if it is only for five minutes. You CAN do that! Get moving, learn how your body feels while its moving and keep pushing that comfort zone a little bit each and every time you decide to exercise. After you keep making these little changes for extended periods of time you will find that you have made some big progress! The sooner you start exercising the sooner you will see those results, the longer you keep making excuses the easier it will be to keep finding another excuse.

Technology and Sports have always been some of Kevin's biggest interests. His passion for technology led to him helping Jacqueline with producing the content for her blog, social media, and YouTube. After being a long time podcast listener he decided it was time for the two of them to co-host a podcast to dive deeper into the topics and content that she was already sharing.
